What We need to Serve Your Documents

Three (3) sets of the documents to be served, copies are acceptable.

A brief letter of instructions, including the service address and requested method of service (formal or informal)

Payment for the service fees. Checks, credit cards are accepted through PayPal.

Terms and Conditions: We reserve the right to modify services and fees at anytime without prior notification. We will serve the documents at the address provided, if service is legally possible. Dated documents may require a re-set of the court date if unable to serve in time. Additional charge will apply for additional addresses and attempts on dated documents after re-set. Like all process servers, we charge for each address attempted. No refunds will be made after institution of any assignment, for any reason. All fees are due and payable upon demand. Financial obligation is not relieved due to non-payment and non-payment cannot be construed as a waiver of contract, or cancellation of services, for assignments made to our firm. Services will not be completed until all fees are paid; fee obligation remains in effect even though payment has not been made. Accounts that are not paid by the established deadlines are subject to civil action to collect the amount due, plus costs, and attorneys fees (if applicable). The court of jurisdiction is San Fernando Valley of Los Angeles County, California. By assigning a service assignment to us, you agree to all terms and conditions, and that Liability is limited to $250.00 per order. Customer agrees that should any disputes arise related to the services provided, the venue shall be in the San Fernando Valley, California. Prices may vary according to difficulty and/or your special needs.

Base Rate - for 1st Attempt within 72 hours, of receiving the documents for the following areas:

San Fernando Valley (most areas)

Los Angeles County (most areas)

Orange County (most areas)

Ventura County (most areas)

Rural areas or difficult areas

Rush Service Rate - for 1st attempt within 48

hours of receiving the documents

Expedited Service Rate – 1st attempt made the

same day of receiving the documents

Service by Appointment – (Specified time and place within

San Fernando Valley, most areas)

Special Requests or requirements (e.g. service on specific days,

times, setup appointments) an additional charge to the Base Rate

Bad Address - All areas

Cancellation Charge after sent out for 1st attempt, all areas

Cancellation prior to 1st attempt (charge is 0 to 50% of full rate)
